Terex Corporation in the USA has confirmed that it received an unsolicited, non-binding acquisition proposal from Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Company to acquire all of its outstanding shares. News of the offer caused Terex stock to shoot up more than $5 per share on Tuesday January 26.…
